All Domestic orders are shipped by UPS or by USPS on business days
(Monday through Friday).
All International orders are shipped by UPS or by
USPS every Thursday.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular
customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Shipping charges depend on the size of your package and the country we're shipping to. If you buy more than one item, you will not be charged double the shipping but instead your final shipping cost will be determined by weight and destination.
PACKAGING
We put a lot of time into figuring out the best way to
package our products to make sure they are protected in transit. Hats
are rolled and packed so that the brim is in perfect shape when it
arrives. We use recycled paper and
boxes and put as much care into our packaging design as we do into the
goods that lie within. If the item is a gift we can include a gift card
and withhold prices from the packing slip on request.

Order before midnight on Monday December 17th for guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Please choose shipping methods accordingly. Return period for Holiday items will be extended to February 1st 2013.
